We don’t offer free trials, but we do have a free plan that gives you full access to our platform. With this free plan, you can explore all of our core features. However, some services, such as like buying from private sellers, adding stock items, requesting valuations, and generating invoices, may come with additional costs based on usage. These charges are calculated through our usage-based metered billing system, meaning you only pay for what you use. You’ll also be charged a commission on transactions with private sellers.

We have tried to make our plans suitable to a wide array of individual needs from trader to trader, with different options dependent on how much stock, invoices, valuations or users you may need. If you are unsure which package to go for, get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help.

We are able to accept VISA, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our billing is powered by Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment providers.

Our private seller feature operates like a sealed-bid auction process. When you make an offer on a private seller’s car, you commit to purchasing the vehicle if your offer is accepted. Once accepted, your payment card will be charged our buyer’s fee. The fee is a small percentage of the offer price based on your subscription plan. We apply a minimum fee of £250 and a maximum fee of £1,000.

A credit is a unit of value used to pay for certain services on our platform, such as adding stock items, requesting valuations and generating invoices. Each service is priced at 1 credit, and the cost of credits depends on the subscription plan you’ve selected. Credits are a flexible way to only pay for the features and services you use.

There is no commitment nor minimum time period in which you can use our platform. Once you have paid you are able to use it for the entirety of the period you paid for e.g. one month, and can cancel your subscription at any time.

Yes. We will attempt to take payment every 30 days. If payment fails, we will attempt to take it the next day then again a week later. If by that point payment has not been received, your account will be suspended until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Yes. You can move between plans whenever and however you like, you just need to contact our team and let us do our magic.

You can cancel your subscription any time by heading to Billing and clicking ‘Manage billing’. This will take you to our payment provider Stripe where you can cancel your plan immediately. You will receive your features up until the end of the month, at which point your account will be suspended.

We do not offer refunds, as our features involve significant third-party costs. Under no circumstances can we provide refunds for any usage. However, if an issue arises, we will make every effort to resolve it amicably and may issue a credit note to be applied to future invoices.
