This car has been treated to a full engine rebuild in 2025 and the DSG gearbox has also been rebuilt in 2024. Full receipts can be shown for these repairs by specialists. This should give you peace of mind that any of the common faults with this car have already been identified and corrected.
The car is completely stock and has only had 2 owners (myself included) so it hasn’t been bashed around as you would normally expect from a sports hatchback.
Interior wise, the steering wheel is the updated wheel giving a more styled and updated look. The stereo has also been updated by the previous owner, so it’s now android compatible as well as Bluetooth (sadly not Apple Play). All the seats are in good condition without any tears or stains.
As this is the 2013 year model, there is less than 1000 on the road so you don’t see these cars regularly. This does also mean the engine code is CTHE and not the original CAVE engine code however this doesn’t matter as the engine has been fully rebuilt anyway.
The DSG gearbox is the 7 speed gearbox which since being rebuilt, is smooth and very playful.
To add onto this, as the engine was rebuilt in April 2025, it comes with a 12 month warranty/12,000 miles whatever comes first.
